Pizza Palazzo - Las Cruces

I've heard many great things about Pizza Palazzo over the years, but I've never given them a try until recently.I wish I'd done it sooner.Their pies are incredible! Great toppings selection, interesting new (for me) pizza styles, and easily the best calzones Las Cruces has to offer.

We’ve purchased pizza here several times. It is always delicious! The gentleman at the front counter is very friendly and efficient! We will definitely be back!

Looked on Google maps for a local pizza place and saw pizza palazzo had good reviews. I ordered online and when I showed up for my order the business was closed for the day. Looked at my online receipt and saw the location that picked up my order was 40min away. After calling the number on my receipt to no answer, I decided to drive out to the second location since I already paid and the location is literally in the middle of nowhere! Decided to cancel my order after that and request a refund.After an hour an employee called me about my order, after explaining the situation he said that's an issue they've been dealing with and he'll talk to the owner about my refund. I did not get a refund.

This company repeatedly fails to open on time. When you call they leave messages that they won’t be open until four and then when you actually show up they say we couldn’t get our oven going today. I understand things happen but their customer service is half a star at best.

Absolutely fantastic pizza! It was ready exactly when they said it would be. The crust was perfect. Delicious.Have ordered here a few more times since the original post. It has been so consistently good. It’s the new house favorite. Awesome to have this locally owned business right here in our neck of the woods.
