Great experience! So glad they finally got open here in Las Cruces. We will definitely be back and tell others. The food is great and we needed a place to be able to relax and enjoy friends. View all feedback.
What lynnett woolf doesn't like about Bubba's 33:
So disappointed! When they first opened, the food and service were amazing, but the last 2 times I was there the shrimp was severely over fried and my steak was tuff. I wanted a to go cup for the drink I didn't finish and was told it would be $4. The waitress was not a people person in the least. I will not be going back. View all feedback.

The place was new so I came expecting some bumps... but it was great!
Dominique was an amazing server. Her attention to detail was next level. I will gladly refer people to Bubba'
First time at the restaurant; went on a Thursday evening and the place was absolutely slammed. I used the “12” free pizza” offer when i joined their “fan club”; server Michaela and management tried to do their best on service and helping me with the coupon. I ordered the pizza over the phone but I found upon arrival, I needed to buy an another entrée; to take advantage of the coupon, so instead of takeout I ended up waiting for the extra entrée, was seated in a booth and I chose lasagna. This was an oversight on my part and I did not notice the extra purchase needed for the coupon.I ordered the 12” pizza with Italian sausage and extra tomato sauce. It was served dried out, just not enough toppings and over cooked very crunchy . Some slices had hardly any toppings; on them, just like a plain cheese pizza. Oddly, some of the slices, had 1/3 to almost 1/2 from the outer edge with just plain crust and very little covering of all toppings. The lasagna, showed up in a oval heating dish hot with a slice of toasted garlic bread; the included sliced meat or meat balls were definitely burnt, on one side. So I have a feeling that this meat was burnt before the layers were built ? ; the sauce and flavor of the overall dish, was just not very tasty, kinda dry, overcooked, burnt.Talking to various servers, front door greeters and the two managesr; it seems this place is known for their burgers and other bar type food.Based upon my experience, I would say the Italian menu items are just subpar quality and it would be better to order items, that they are well known for.The manager indicated they were busy and rushing everything out and so they may have had an “off night”. Based upon both the pizza and lasagna; the food prep is lacking. The corporate menu for Italian food is not good, they are just incapable of making it or the recipes used, are a fail At this Las Cruces location, the cooks need to pay attention to the food they’re serving and not overcook, burn things!
