her personal is extremely unwilling. they made me feel nervous to ask for everything that it felt like I was a more disturbing person to walk in. they did everything right, but I was afraid to even ask for a whipped cream on my shake. as a customer service worker, it is very disturbing and my engaged and I were the only customers in there, so it is not as if it was busy. Went last nite spent over $40 we got the warm brownie with hot fudge, well No hot fudge, brownie was Very Stale, very small scoop size of the kids . BR has gone down bad
Still our favorite over Caliches, Sonic, and DQ. Mint chocolate chip the best! Thank you.

Ordered ice cream from Grub Hub (I know, I know). But it had been an awful day and it was late and I wanted something to cheer me up. Ordered one sundae for myself and one for my husband, they canceled mine without even offering a replacement/substitution. A perfect end to a terrible day. Thanks a lot.
