Usually Spot-on, but this time the pizza was understated and badly cut. We ordered half a peat pizza and who cut it did not pay attention to the placement of the toppings. We cut two slices in half at home and make it bake in our oven. View all feedback.
L A Cafe was alright. I had a breakfast meal. The pancakes were big and tasty with eggs, sausages and bacon. The waitress was nice, she gave good service. I definitely plan to go back.

Friendly, but when entering I felt a little like an outcast, so it didn't have a friendly feeling. My server was very politely nice, but it seemed stretched over the diner.
Traveling across land back home to NC, this restaurant was a wonderful surprise. Easy access to US Rt. 50, great parking, playground/park next to pet child friendly for a break from the street. Food, coffee and service excellent. The best Denver Omelettes we've ever had and prices very reasonable!
I lived in Las Animas for three years and never went to LA Cafe. I heard it was good. When I first went, I got the chicken roasted steak sandwich and thought it was huge. The second time it was even bigger. Service is friendly and waiting is short, but the food is excellent. Go.
