We flew to bilbao and wanted lunch on the way to where we were in rioja. during the booking we had luck catching the English-speaking cook, and he was trying to make sure there was no language barrier when we arrived at the restaurant. he came to the table three times during the meal to make sure we were looked right. all eating was delicious and worthy of calling the restaurant. as we follow the local tradition to share all the plates, he even has a steak in two halves differently cooked for the two different palate! in view of the spectacular view and creation, wonderful building, impeccable service and excellent eating; we can't do anything but recommend!
More beautiful place a very good traditional bask cuisine. if you try to find the traditional bone steak or txuleta this is the place the restaurant can find a little difficult if not well oriented.
