I ordered 10 meals but only received 9 at a higher price, and the 8 hot wings I ordered was only 7. I was very disappointed with the experience and won't be returning. The food was overly greasy and salty. I recommend trying the Carrick restaurant instead, as it offers a much nicer dining experience.
Apparently, customers can't be trusted to lift their own napkins or condiments, all receptacles empty, like their margins are so thin an extra napkin would put them out of business. Tables are filthy, nothing to clean them with *yourself*. God forbid they employ someone to clean them, one overworked person front of house, only spotted one in the kitchen. This place is either on its knees, or the franchisee is making a mint from sweating this place. Go to any other KFC and save yourself the trouble.
Had to be the worst KFC I've been in,it use to be a great KFC but not now probably due to the staff changing every couple of weeks ,nobody at the counter and waited 10mins while all the staff were at the back one serving the drive through the rest having a yarn,there was no chicken in the heated cupboards and nobody felt like serving so we left and went to McDonald's
Ordered online from here twice. First time it took over an hour to get here and the second time it took our money and didn’t even arrive. We only live 3 minutes walking distance (didn’t collect it myself as i was ill both times) so there is absolutely no reason or excuse as to why they took AN HOUR for a trip that should’ve taken five minutes maximum. I’m beyond outraged right now as both orders were quite high in price. Food was ice cold the first time so wasn’t edible and second time it took our money but wouldn’t give us food, so we had to make do without. Don’t order from here PLAIN AND SIMPLE.
