What lindajohnLarne doesn't like about D's:
Chicken was inedible even my dogs wouldn’t eat it . The chicken was overcooked , dry with burnt smell had to throw it out . The chips were edible but were very expensive when it was the only part of the meal I could eat . I also had to wait half an hour to get the food. I will definitely not be buying any further food out of this takeaway ! Never again . It has been the worse takeaway I have ever had ! View all feedback. What 94SimonD likes about D's:
A few of us called here after checking out the trip advisor reviews. A top chip shop. Friendly staff and clean. Fish was fresh and very tasty. Large portions of chips. Mates had chicken wraps which they said were also excellent. Sit in also available. View all feedback.

read moreNestled in a bustling locale, this restaurant has garnered mixed feedback from diners. While some have praised its fresh fish and generous portions of chips, others have found fault with overcooked chicken and poorly executed dishes. The service, though friendly, often falls short in efficiency, leading to long wait times. Many recommend trying the signature battered stuffed sausages, which have received high marks for flavor. Despite occasional culinary missteps, the establishment's dedication to quality and innovation in its menu keeps patrons returning for more. Overall, it remains a popular spot for comfort food lovers, albeit with room for improvement.
