Food was good but staff is really so rude teenager girls staff they even don’t know how to treat customers really so rude teenager girls staff with very bad attitude worst experience with bad attitude staff I would not recommend this place just because of the bad attitude of staff Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner View all feedback.
I recently dined at Brooklyn Bay Diner in Larne and was disappointed by hygiene issues. I observed a visible mark on the toilet bowl and had concerns about hairs in the food. The staff seemed indifferent to these issues, making the overall experience less than satisfactory. These hygiene problems took away from what could have been a pleasant dining experience.
We went to this restaurant tonight and were extremely disappointed with the £60 we spent on our meal. I ordered the chicken curry, but was surprised to find that it did not come with any curry sauce. The chicken was very dry and lacked flavor. My partner had the chicken goujons and chunky chips, but unfortunately the chicken was also dry and the chips were not enjoyable. For dessert, he ordered the chocolate fudge cake with warm chocolate sauce, but the sauce had hardened on the plate. After requesting a new sauce, it happened again and the cake was not served warm. The young staff were friendly, but overall we will not be dining here again.
I don't know what's been going on lately. The service has been great as always, but the food is terrible. It's been cold, half-cooked, and even the chips are inedible. We've had to send them back on multiple occasions. It's a shame because we used to enjoy this place, but lately it has really gone downhill.
First time and very pleased with service and quality of food. We ate at 4pm prior to visiting the adjacent cinema. I think we definitely picked a good time as we were served quickly and without fuss. There was a good selection on the menu and there was also a specials menu that was available until 6 pm. I had a sirloin steak, which was excellently cooked and reasonably priced at £22. My parents had fish and chips, and a sizzling chicken dish. They were both pleased with their orders. Including drinks, the bill for 3 came to approximately £64, which I thought was pretty reasonable, considering the size of the servings. The drinks were expensive, approximately £5 for a small bottle of lager, but that tends to be the going rate these days. This was my first visit, so I don’t know how it compares to busier periods, however I had a pleasant experience.
What they serve should be shown on the menu!!!!⁸ especially if they have changed the way their food is served
