Obviously, we didn't order or book in advance, the very dynamic and smiling server rare in this month of August on Bréhat installed us on the wooden terrace, lovingly explaining to us that it was not doing full service in this restaurant, Compréhensible in view of the customer rate for one person alone. Despite the world that seemed to have already ordered, pizzaiola found us a niche to prepare our two pizzas as soon as possible. The surprise was at the rendezvous, 10 minutes after... we're served. Pizzaïolo de profession me and my wife rarely enjoyed a pizza in the electric oven as delicious.. In fact we are frying traditional wood ovens. Well cooked, the paste and ingredients were excellent and of very good quality. The red wine of the moment the waiter offered us was also very good taste. We thank the staff because the atmosphere was warm and worthy of a real pizzeria, we highly recommend this establishment which deserves much more visibility.
