Militzis Traditional Tavern - Larnaca

It was recommended by our renter and it was not disappointing at all! authentic cypriot food. we only ordered two parts lamb and it came with kartoffel also slowly cooked with heat. absolutely delicious! highly recommended!

The food was very good, it seems like a place where the locals hang out for their meals. The place was full so there were some delays but it's understandable. Great food for a decent price, with a great view of the sea and promenade!

Traditional Cypriot food excellent quality, great taste, and great service! We tried a variety of their traditional lamb or beef dishes that are slowly cooked over many hours in the traditional ovens; they were delicious! We also tried the salads, bashed beans and the local yogurt; all was great but the yogurt was the best I have had! I highly recommend this restaurant. It was busy during week days so I think it will be fully booked during the weekend! Nice outdoor seating area too.

Everything you would expect from a local restaurant: clean, delicious, authentic. The location on Larnaca seaside walkway is perfect, and they have a private parking in the alley nearby. The only downside is the ultra slow service, and when we dined there there was only 4 tables for two waiters, so I guess that's how it is... Recommended!!

Love the place. Simple dishes and flavors. Best halloumi and grilled potatoes i've had in Cyprus. Friendly staff too. Highly recommended!
