The small box of chips (fries) is HUGE! The chicko rolls (according to hubby) were pretty good. The bacon salad sandwich (note to Americans this is more like canadian bacon- not our American bacon) has tons of 'bacon'. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about LARGS BAY Kiosk:
I just paid $17 for two large butterfish, a cup of chips and one can of drink. The fish needed a search and rescue exercise to find it in the soggy batter, the chips were so salty they were inedible. The location is prime, the kiosk run down. There are much better places along the coast. With better value for money. View all feedback.
I was on a beach walk on a cool afternoon and stopped in for a hotdog and a hot chocolate. The hot dog was great but the hot chocolate was awful. It had no taste and seemed like 10% milk, 89% water and 1% chocolate. I threw the hot chocolate away after two terrible sips. Either improve the quality of your hot chocolate or take it off the menu. Disappointed.
My husband and I have stopped here often for an ice cream and drink, but recently had their fish and chips. It was delicious, and I was surprised at the large range of food and drink that they have available quiche, cakes and slices, smoothies etc. I am sure that there is something for everyone. They are also open from early in the morning until later in the night which is an added blessing.
Lovely people, really good coffee, friends and l are there all the time with our dogs. Recommend it to anyone . They are careful with Covid restrictions too. Very good fish and chips too.
This restaurant has fantastic food, especially the fries, and is perfect for families because there is a playground near the kiosk.
The ice cream at this restaurant is fantastic and the location is beautiful, right in front of the pier with outdoor seating under umbrellas and trees providing cover. It's a very pleasant experience with good entertainment.
