What a treasure Venus Restaurant is. The place was recommended by a stranger. Mom and I went there and found the best food around. It's wonderful! You've got to give it a try .
My husband and I love the spanikopita and gyro here. We love the vibe of the older clientele and the decorations!
I dropped into the Venus Restaurant for a salad. The Greek Salad was fresh and crisp, and just the perfect amount for a late lunch. The staff and owner were friendly and low key, so my experience was relaxing. There's not much shade in the parking lot in the afternoon, but four spots parallel to the building do offer some shade. (Assuming the Cadillac isn't taking two spots again. There is outside seating, for visits in the morning or when there's a fresh breeze off the nearby Gulf beach, like today.
