I have lived in Shipwatch for over 2 years now. Shipwatch is a Fantastic place to live. I have made many friends. There are all types of activities. The tennis group and Pickleball groups are active and welcoming. There are card games, Friday night get togethers on the deck, Cornhole, Bingo, Trivia and more. There is also a yacht basin if you own a boat. I am very glad I moved here, it is FUN!! View all feedback.

We have found that this is a toxic unsafe atmosphere full of busybodies with nothing better to do. My son was viciously attacked by knife point by a drunk tenant and then blamed for a faulty elevator that we had absolutely nothing to do with. I definitely would not recommend this place ! This has been a very disappointing experience. View all feedback.

Beautiful waterfront community located very close to Indian Rocks Beach. Well maintained. Restaurant closed.

Wonderful and friendly place to live. Walk to beach and restaurants. Active tennis community and variety of social events.
