I spent $16 on a salad and half a sandwich from their menu, but the bread was overly salty and the salad dressing was greasy. It’s hard to see how they market this as a healthier alternative with such high sodium content. I’d rather pay half the price and eat at a fast food place. I won’t be returning.

When I brought it to the counter, they gave me a tiny cup with even less chicken salad. The employee said it’s one scoop per sandwich—just about a tablespoon. Pictures don’t even capture how little there was. This wasn’t just our problem; a woman and her son behind us also received a sandwich with almost no filling.

The food is fresh and high-quality, and it’s served quickly when eating on-site. However, delivery can vary in quality depending on your order and the delivery service you select. One particular app doesn’t offer real-time tracking, which can lead to frustrating situations where you receive notifications that your food is almost there, or, even worse, that it has been delivered when it hasn’t arrived yet. Additionally, some items delivered might not meet expectations; for instance, salads can often consist mainly of lettuce, with toppings simply layered on top—especially if you’ve customized your order. Despite these concerns, Panera provides satisfactory delivery options. Overall, the benefits outweigh the drawbacks. Well done!

However, I faced some difficulties using a gift card on their app for payment, which was quite confusing. The staff could have been more helpful; they appeared somewhat annoyed when I inquired about my friend's order. In contrast, they treated the next customer more kindly, even asking if they had a rewards number (which I do have, but I wasn’t asked or able to use). Overall, it’s a pleasant place, but my experience wasn't ideal. It's worth noting that Panera gift cards cannot be used on their app either.

The chipotle chicken avocado melt had brown avocados, the steak and cheddar sandwich contained old steak, and the French onion soup was served without the extra cheese I had ordered. To make matters worse, the utensils I requested were also missing. Given the current prices at this restaurant, it’s unacceptable to not receive the food as ordered.
