The store is great . Will is perfect. But the call center needs to be shut down. A 45 minutes call and CC card info was given then the call was disconnected. The call center is losing the business, customers, and money. Why are you outsourcing? Automate that stuff if you're overwhelmed. ???????????????? One day View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Domino's Pizza:
I ordered a pizza for delivery, traditional delivery, not contactless and got a text message letting me know my driver was coming. I waited for someone to knock on my door for 20+ minutes and nothing! Check the tracker and it says completed. Come to find my food on the ground In front of my door.... Not my expectation at all. I'd don't know who cuts the pizza at this location but they suck at it and need training on how to cut pizza slices. Every single time i always get 2 3 4 slices that are baby size pieces while the rest are either too big or regular size
I place my order half hour before closing and food was made , perfect as photos and discretion. I was thinking it was going be thrown together as rest of fast food chains do all time at any time if day. Not this brand it's perfect here! Thank you and will order again, next time I'll take women advice and go through websites or app vs Uber Eats. Thanks to cooks and girl delivery it 8th ave sw
The management andstaff was very kind and helpful. Highly recommend.
Every time I order they scam me for my money. Order a large, get a medium. Order dipping sauces, you're lucky if you get them. Order two toppings, only get one. You have scammed me out of way too much money. I'm done ordering from Domino's.
Terrible customer service.You got to watch a man finish making another person pizza before you get your own pre-ordered and prepared food. Even know the store is empty!Everyone doesn’t have the luxury to wait on him for their lunch break.
