Decor is on par with our a little nicer than a Panera with an option to sit near a television mounted on a wall that reminded me of a fireplace. We justwent for an ice cream sundae and it was really good.

I ordered from the butter burger menu, not realizing that it didn’t include a meal,... read more I visited this location yesterday, 10/22/22, with my daughters and grandson. I ordered from the butter burger menu, not realizing that it didn’t include a meal, just the sandwiches. After paying, I noticed I wasn't given any cups for drinks. When I inquired about the cups, I was told that I had only ordered sandwiches. The cashier didn’t mention the meal option at all. I ended up spending $23 just on sandwiches and an additional $8 for fries and drinks. The manager then approached me in a condescending manner, speaking as if I should have been familiar with the menu. Due to this poor customer service experience, I will not be returning to Culver's.
