Classico Pizza Cafe - Feedback

What Laura M doesn't like about Classico Pizza Cafe:
To preface, I bought takeout from this establishment during the covid 19 pandemic. I had ordered a pizza for pickup. I waited about 7 minutes for someone to help me, although 3 staff members saw that I was waiting for assistance.
