I used to be a fan of Chili's, but unfortunately some of their locations have declined in quality over the past few years. However, a friend recommended this particular location and I was pleasantly surprised! I ordered the spicy shrimp tacos with fries and broccoli instead of beans and rice. What Cora Hegmann doesn't like about Chili's Grill:
An online order in the morning before they open to be ready at 1:15. I have to go to the restaurant at 1:20 to say I'll be right with you. 20 minutes walk from nothing, me and staff who also ordered online at the same time ask the bartender who goes back to check it. Apparently the food was ready at 1 o'clock, but never bagged and on the paid To-go shelf was so over half an hour after eating was ready to be ready, we... View all feedback.

I also couldn't resist trying one of their famous margaritas - I can't remember which one, but it was delicious! The service was friendly and the food was tasty, served hot and quickly, which is hard to come by these days. The only downside was that our waiter made a few mistakes with our bill, but it wasn't a big deal. Overall, this experience was much better than my previous visit to the one in the East Bay Countryside area. I highly recommend checking it out!
We were quickly seated at our favorite restaurant and were greeted by our favorite waitress, Tiffany. She is efficient and kind, always going above and beyond, even when we had to send back our food. She serves us with a smile and truly takes care of her tables. My friends and I love this restaurant, especially because of Tiffany. She provides the best service we've had in a long time. The food arrived quickly and we enjoyed our meal. We appreciate Tiffany and can't wait to visit again soon. Thank you, Tiffany, see you soon!
We came in on President's Day, a Monday, around 4pm and were greeted by a very cheerful server. I asked for her to be our server because she was the only one working and not standing around. She turned out to be one of the best servers I've had in a long time. While good food is important to me when dining out, great service is even more crucial. Our server, whose name I believe started with a T like Tammy or Tina, was exceptional with our two energetic kids and fulfilled all of our requests. Thank you for making our dining experience exceptional. I didn't get the chance to speak to the manager, but I believe servers like her deserve recognition. I hope she is rewarded with a free meal, drink, and a day off. It's rare to find service like this!

I don't know what it is lately, but for some reason, the waiting staff at some well-known restorers don't seem to want to wait for big pattys, like 10 people. They just let you sit there and wait. I only have a beer because our waiter never came back to our table until we were gone. sad
