This location has bad service. I understand that they have lots of customers but the staff needs some kind of customer service training. When ordering in the app it gives you a ready time. You get there at the time it's supposed to be ready and they tell you it needs 30 mins. Very inconvenient. The girls in the front have a smarta attitude when you try to complain about the service. The girl that took my order was rude, but I think it was because it was SUPER. Orders were given quite fast and in order.
Wings were boiled. Very oily! I had the lemon pepper taste.
Place gets crowded easily. This goes for all Wingstops. Customer service is decent. It’s more of a grab-and-go.

You would think on a busy Friday night I would get at warm/fresh fries with my order. Cold fries
