Wendy's - Laredo

Stood in the drive-through for 10 minutes they never answered except to say one minute please one minute please never took my order I left

You ask them for no condiments and they always put it on top of the fries

Poor customer service! First they forgot my son's nuggets from meal. Then I asked for barbecue sauce said they had none. Bought the new strawberry frosty and waited for my order and rude cashier comes to me and said they had none. Ask for vanilla and said they were out as well. Go to front counter and ask for refill for lemonade and tells me ITS EXTRA ? said okay I replied HOW MUCH$ Manager replies the same as a large lemonade cost. Lady that's not extra that's REGULAR PRICE.

Family and I went in todayMom ordered two baked potatoes, 4 small frostys.She received 1 cold potato, no butter or cream... 2 liquidy mini frostys and 2 liquidy small frostysI ordered the biggie bag. Asked for a burger plain and dry bacon and cheese only , it had everything on it. And my friend were filled halfway.

I'm really impressed with the renovated dining experience. The new decor makes me want to visit more often. However, during my last visit, I encountered a few minor issues that I hope they can address. Overall, the service was excellent. Food: 4/5.
