It was a good meal but I was expecting more !!!!! I was expecting same taste and fingers size from San Antonio locations, but it wasn't the same. Hopefully they get better at them as well as big and juicy fingers size increase. In San Antonio at least 3 to 5 days a week I visited Raising Canes. I am a big fan of Canes and so is my dog who would always get treat. View all feedback.
What Juan Siles doesn't like about Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers:
Poor customer service and mediocre chicken! The girl in the drive thru needs an adjustment in her attitude. I will give credit to the young man at the counter he was very helpful and friendly. The chicken left much to be desired. The fries, Slaw, and Sweet tea were good. View all feedback.
Has anyone noticed the additional trash containers you get now to justify the inflated prices? All this Styrofoam is not good for our landfill. The trays previously used created less waste.
Compared this meal to the first time they opened, flavor was no longer there im afraid, was very dry, fries were less than fresh, kind of cold or had been out for a bit, all in all was not the best experience, perhaps went on a bad day, who knows, all i do know is we probably wont be stopping by there anytime soon.
Having never tried Raising Cane's before, I found the food to be quite enjoyable. However, I felt the chicken fingers could have been a bit larger. The fries were not what I expected; I was looking forward to thick crinkle fries. The toast was tasty, but I anticipated it would be wider for Texas toast. The coleslaw was decent, and the sauce was fantastic. The lemonade was also very refreshing. The price for the meal was reasonable, and I think it’s a better option than a burger combo or pizza. Would I use the app to order again? Absolutely, but next time, I’ll call ahead to make sure my food is ready before I leave.
I had a good meal, but I was expecting more! I thought the taste and the size of the chicken fingers would be the same as at the San Antonio locations, but it was different. I hope they improve in that area and increase the size of the fingers to be bigger and juicier. When I lived in San Antonio, I visited Raising Cane's at least 3 to 5 days a week. I'm a huge fan of Cane's, and so is my dog, who always got a treat!
You can't go wrong with chicken tenders! Always make sure to ask for extra dipping sauce.
