I ordered the taste maker pizza Pizza Hut thin n crispy. It was very well made. Great job on making and baking the pizza! They didn’t have the soft drink I had request so I had to take a different one. I used the Pizza Hut app fast and easy to use and pick up my pizza when ready. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Pizza Hut:
I placed an order 8:05 and my tracker said it should be deliver by 08:35. I waited until 08:45 to call the store and she said the driver is on the way and you are not the only order that he’s delivering. I was like okay but it was hard for me to understand when my location was not even a mile away from their store. I called to place an order, the lady that answered took forever to try and take my order. She put me on hold for 30 minutes and then came back online to tell me they can't deliver.
Waited a little over an hour to receive my food like this … nice.
It was nasty there was no cheese on the pizza too much sauce and it burnt not happy at all and they don't pick up
Customer Service was great and online ordering service was great they had my pizza once I got there.
Delivery was right on time as per tracking the order.
