The person who took my order seemed nice and informed me the cake would take 20 minutes. I told her I don't mind waiting, and i'll be in my car instead of going to another place. Thought it was amazing, felt warm and welcoming, and did not disappoint. Recommend individual cakes to share and try different flavors.
I couldn’t believe they asked me to leave because I had my dog in my arms. How is a place like this not dog friendly.

This is my second and last time ordering a cake from this location. Supposedly they tried to deliver the cake but nobody was home. They stated they called the recipient, my mom, and she didn’t pick up. My mom called the number back right away and they didn’t pick up either. The employee knocked on the door, according to the assistant manager I spoke to, when I clearly stated in the notes to “RING THE DOORBELL”. They also stated they called me but I never received a call from them. They kept arguing about charging me a delivery fee again to try to re-deliver the cake. Nowhere in their website or my receipt there’s a delivery policy that states they will charge again. The assistant manager said there is but she couldn’t show me the policy. Then she comes back saying that “it’s not written anywhere but it exists”, her own words. Thus, if it’s not written, it’s an invalid policy! I kept going back and forth with this incompetent employee whom doesn’t even know their own policies, yet she’s an assistant manager at this store. Perhaps if you place people working at managing positions with necessary preparation and with English language knowledge, your customer service would be better. It’s hard to understand someone who’s not even able to communicate in English or even Spanish. As for us, we’re never ordering anything from this location again.
