Taverna Periklis. Traditional Greek

Did not like. We were there for breakfast and another day for dinner. The breakfast was not very tasty, especially the pancakes too thick, cloying and burnt. But I decided not to focus on this and go for dinner. There were a lot of people, everything was packed. That's why we got a bad place, but it's not the cafe's fault we ordered two dishes with fish. Almost all of the waiters were very sluggish and looked at us with blank eyes. The fish had a thick, greasy layer of batter, but what outraged me most was that the menu included garlic sauce for it. He was disgusting. We sell these in the supermarket and they are the cheapest there, there is no garlic, only whipped rapeseed oil and flavorings taste disgusting. When we told the waiter about this, he looked at us with hostility and offered to bring mayonnaise. The impressions remained negative. We didn't go again. Good, inexpensive food, friendly staff and a good change from the hotel buffet. We were there twice on vacation and twice it was very tasty and always freshly prepared. The good mood of the staff is noticeable and the atmosphere reflects that of a classic Greek traverne, just as you would imagine. Definitely a recommendation. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
