The manager needs to be replaced. If I could give it zero stars, I would.

I waited 25 minutes to be served, and during that time, at least six customers left because of the long line. There was only one employee working, and it was to... read more I waited 25 minutes to be served, and during that time, at least six customers left because of the long line. There was only one employee working, and it was total chaos. Tim Hortons really needs to hire more staff who know what they're doing. They need to get their act together, or they won't be around for long. This occurred at 11:15 today.
