The ice cream is fantastic, and there are plenty of great options. This is my second visit, and while the young man serving us provided excellent service, the noise coming from the back of the shop was utterly unreasonable. There was screaming and shouting that lasted for quite a while, and there was no apology or attempt to address it. It was quite unprofessional and distracting, making it difficult to hear the server. It was really that overwhelming.
I love this place and visit every week, but I was really disappointed this time because they didn't have my coconut ice cream.
The ice cream had a fantastic flavor, but unfortunately, it was melting. The freezer in the shop wasn’t cold enough to keep the product at the proper temperature!
