I have been a huge fan of Turtle Rock for years. However, the customer service is extremely bad as of late. One employee in particular is extremely rude every time I go in to myself and others. There is a nicer way for her to accomplish her mission in getting the door closed or managing customers than her current practices, and in general employees seem annoyed. Turtle Rock has become my favorite spot for lunch! It's conveniently located just off campus and offers a fantastic variety of coffees and sandwiches, all with creatively named options that are sure to catch your interest.
The staff is friendly, and the atmosphere is perfect for studying or relaxing. While the coffee itself is pretty average, their specialty espresso drinks are fantastic and offered at a reasonable price.
Waited almost 30 minutes for a drink I ordered with my lunch, even after mentioning it 1 or 2 times. Food good though
