Pilot Travel Center - Laramie

I had a great experience at Flying J Pilot. A kind young lady informed me that the hot water was running low, which allowed me to take a 5-10 minute break before enjoying a nice, hot shower. The staff was attentive, and everything I needed was in stock. The prices were reasonable, and there was a good selection available. Thank you, Flying J Pilot!

I stopped here for a quick break. They are currently resurfacing the asphalt leading to the diesel pumps. The staff seems a bit unaware of how to handle moving trucks, so it's best to proceed with caution.

Upon entering, I was greeted by silence, as no one acknowledged my presence. The microwave was broken, which ruined my meal. The cups were empty and disorganized, strewn across the counter where they clearly didn't belong. The roller grill, advertised to be open 24 hours, was completely empty. To make matters worse, there was rotten fruit available for purchase. The slushy machines weren't working, and there seemed to be no effort from the staff to address any issues – just excuses. The area behind the grill was filthy, showing a lack of proper cleaning. Cleaning supplies were scattered around the coffee area, messy and unwelcoming, and the bathrooms were in an unacceptable state, though I forgot to take a picture of that. I cannot recommend this place at all. Sorry!

There are just a one washer and dryer running. It doesn't suit a big company like this pilot.

Food is nice, Lucas was so polite and awesome. Mike was working hard the next morning. This team was doing a great job with keeping showers ready and food on the hot rollers. Nice one!
