Perkins Bakery - Laramie

A cousin and I had breakfast here recently. Our wait staff was phenomenal. The food was cooked as requested, and tasted great. This is one of the restaurants we like to visit.

Food was great, my server took a while before she acknowledged that I was at the table. The atmosphere was acceptable!

Food tasted great-(as usual at this location)-but the service was lacking. The waitress who took our orders, changed them without asking us to save us money and ended up deleting several items that we had specifically ordered. She continued to insist that she had done us a favor even when it was not at all what we wanted. Also, the restaurant was less than 1/3rd full, and it took almost 2 hours to get any food at all. Then when it came time to pay, they gave us someone else 's check, which I showed and returned to them even though it would have been $19 less than ours. Perkins, please make a greater effort to train your staff correctly. We enjoy your food, but don 't want to go through anything like that again.

Usually I like to eat here. Today was not great. Food was fine but I felt like I came at a bad time or something. Shift change? Waitress disappeared so much it was annoying. She charges me regular price for senior meal then o told guy at the register and he said he’s fix it. He didn’t. I’ll still come back but wish they’d have a talk with their staff about paying attention and maybe jot so much discussion about relationships and stuff at more attention to the duties. Even if it isn’t your table you can still ask if they need anything. It’s good customer service Young man at register was nice just forgot

Only I other table and I was seated and the servers were too interested interacting among themselves to wait on me. I motioned to one of the servers as she served the only other table but she soon joined the others behind the register. Oh well I mentioned it politely to the host who seated me he did apologize . I will most certainly try them again but hope there is an improvement in their service.
