Great pizzas here. I tried the New Orleans, with Cajun chicken, garlic, onions and green chiles. The waitress was attentive and kept my beverage full. I'd go back next time I'm in town. View all feedback.
What Michelle Fix Westall doesn't like about Grand Avenue Pizza:
2 hours for a group of 9 to get salads. 2:45 to get food. Had a reservation in advance too. At one point, a cook came out in causal clothes and a camel bak to tell us we couldn't order certain things. Pasta was average. Pizzas were average.
Great place to eat the food was great the people were so nice
Great Pizza Buffett at a great price with great staff

There seems to be some serious management problems. Our simple order of two items (a burger and a calzone) took 50 minutes to arrive. When it finally did, the calzone was unremarkable except for being burnt, and the burger was simply wrong. Getting the burger remade took an additional 20 minutes. The waitress was friendly enough and apologetic, but NO attempt was made to compensate for whatever the issues were in the kitchen. The customers at every table were fielding apologies from the staff for the kitchen's failures. I'm sorry to say that this was an unpleasant experience from top to bottom.
