First impressions early on a... read more This was an unexpected find in Lara. A lovely building in the "lakes" area. Well done to Millars on establishing in this location. First impressions early on a quiet Saturday morning were positive with a very friendly and efficient young man taking our order. However, our coffees were not hot enough and delay in serving our basic food (fruit toast and a basic toastie) were unacceptable - well over half an hour when it was quiet and there were only 3-4 tables occupied. This frustrating kitchen inefficiency (despite three cooking staff) let down a promising experience and probably means we would not go back.
