They go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and provide the best customer service..and the food is always spot on. Love this place!

We had booked as we live 60km away, and we were one of the first customers of the evenin... read more We went yesterday to celebrate my mun's coming out of cancer treatment. We had booked as we live 60km away, and we were one of the first customers of the evening. We had to wait 20min to place the order: 1 appetizer to share, beers and 4 designer pizzas (average price for the pizza 15 euro). Meanwhile we waited and ate the starter, the restaurant filled up. So far so good... Not so good when we started seeing everyone else being served their pizza but us. I mean, every single table was eating but we were with empty plates and empty glasses. We asked why it was taking so long (1hour) and were told that the pizza eaters were priority, not people with appetizers. Unbelievable way of running a restaurant. Finally, after 1hr and 15minutes our pizzas arrived: mum's was the wrong order and all of them were cold and chewy. Un-eatable My sister went to the counter to pay for what we had consumed and to inform that we were not paying for the pizzas. The manager insulted her and told her to leave as he's famous and does not need our business. We insisted in paying for the drinks and starter but he simply threw us out. A 75 years old lady, disabled, being thrown out! Unacceptable! And to my Google review, he had the audacity to say we run away without paying and we created a scene! My mother is disabled and we didn't even complain at the table, we were elegant enough to do it quietly at the counter. I guess some people simply cannot take criticism.... No sure it's a good attitude for business, but that's only my humble opinion. Well, I guess he won't have our business anymore....
