Really delicious Neapolitan style pizza, with a fluffy dough. The variety of interesting pizzas, although not too many toppings, they were friendly center. Still very tasty and I would definitely recommend if you like this style over the Roman thin pizza View all feedback.

What Jettsetter dislikes about Laboratorio Sciué Sciué:
Stumbled upon this place. Lady Server was very pushy trying to get us to buy the dearest item on the menu, but we opted for a Nepolatana Pizza which was very good and my partner had a Pizza Fritte which is a pizza folded over and deep fried was just ok excessively cheesy. When we went to pay the bill the lady said no card only cash even though there was a card machine right next to the register. No English spoken and... View all feedback.

Small and friendly pizzeria in the centre of town. Delicious pizza and not expensive. You need to get there early as it fills up quick

The centre of L'Aquila is not blessed with too many restaurants open on a weekday night and our first choice, Arrosticini Divini, was fully booked so we chose this small pizza place purely because it had some other diners in at 8pm. The menu is basically just pizza a request for a side salad was met with a look of astonishment but a decent range of toppings. Staff were pleasant and attentive and we were probably the only non Italians in the place. Pizzas were okay but would have been better on hot plates as the Neapolitan style base quickly became soggy. House white wine was pretty good for just Eur 7 for a litre carafe. About 8.30 it suddenly became full but staff were still coping well especially as the take away part also seemed to get very busy. Would have got a higher rating if there had been at least a salad to go with the pizza but for a total of Eur 24 for two pizzas and wine pretty good value.

We were in this restaurant twice. 1) Lunch: special menu for EUR 8 including primo, secondo (for any choice if 2 dishes) water and coperto. A really good deal 2) Dinner. We had pizza. Very good with original fluffy crust from Napoli. Prices appropriate. Thus coperto (EUR 1.50) suggestions for improvement: get rid of plastic tables and chairs. The excellent food deserves better
