I visited for the first time and had a wonderful experience. Everyone, from the customers waiting in line to the staff at the counter, was fantastic and made it a fun atmosphere. I tried the custard-filled treats and the fritters, and they were amazing! Thank you, LM, from Goodrich!
Such friendly staff! I called late on Thursday to inquire about the giant birthday donut, thinking it would be the size of a small pie pan. To my surprise, it was absolutely enormous and DELICIOUS! The owner had it ready for me ahead of schedule, despite being super busy, and I truly appreciated it! This could easily become a new birthday tradition for us!
Yes, the best Donuts in Michigan. I'm here visiting from Florida and my husband used to live in Lapeer. He requested that I bring him back fritters from Max's Donuts. I got a dozen mixed Donuts for $11 and wow was he right. These are way better than that chain Donuut place. So delicious. Be sure to get there early. When they run out for the day they close.
