What lex b doesn't like about Mcdonald's:
I attempted to cancel my mobile order through the app's "order details" button, but the employee informed me that it could not be cancelled. They were short with their responses and rude when I asked politely how to cancel the order. The employee also tried to rush me by cutting me off, despite there being no line and the restaurant opening almost 2 hours ago. View all feedback.
