Mcdonald's - Lapeer MI

The manager is literally a dick head. I told him I had a mobile order and he seemed confused on what I was talking about. Like you to think that a manager of a McDonald's would know what the f is going on. But no he didn't like how can you be a manager. Like yeah it's McDonald's but f this McDonalds.

I ordered a Big Mac again and they messed up my order I ordered no Big Mac sauce and they gave me Big Mac sauce.

Morning dollar menu showed sausage mcmuffin on the same menu computer screen, ordered sausage mcmuffin was charged 1.83 not a dollar with tax as was expecting since the dollar menu showed sausage mcmuffin for a dollar thought one dollar equaled 100 pennies as is the dollar monetary value.

I just visited this McDonalds location and LET ME TELL YOU it was the worst experience of my life. I WISH I could give this place zero stars. I ordered an oreo mcflurry to treat myself after a VERY stressful week. When I received my mcflurry in the drive thru it appeared to be a very well made item. The lady at the window was nice and I wished her a good night and I now regret it. I got home to discover that they had only sprinkled oreos on top and had not mixed ANY in whatsoever. HELLO??? I was so upset and angry I started crying. I feel SO betrayed by this location for DECEIVING me and LYING right to my face. I was trying to ease my craving for something chocolatey and was left with coming home to a disgusting, dissatisfying, and disappointing treat . WASTE OF CALORIES!!!!!! I will NEVER EVER visit this location again.

Horrible service! Buyer beware. We bought 2 large diet cokes. The cups broke in the car . The one cup spilled so bad the drivers shorts were completed soaked. McDonalds neglected giving us a receipt so when we went back asking them to replace their product , they weren't going to because we didn't have our receipt. My cup was also cracked and soaked half my shorts before I got it out of the car and away from me. We asked for nuggets to comp for the mess Mc Donalds created for us. They said no. I asked for the manager and was told he's gone until next week and they don't know when. Worst service I've ever had. Be prepared for a mess on your hands and denied a receipt so they can question replacing their damaged goods. Buyer beware!!
