This location has gone down hill. Always had a great service in the past when the owner was working. The last two visits the young man taking orders has a horrible attitude. The time before this visit he was swearing because he had orders an hour before closing. Today he had an attitude when asked if they had gizzards as they were out last time. Store always makes my order fresh. Owner is wonderful and friendly. Whenever I’m in town visiting family, I always make a stop at this browns! Highly recommended!!!

We just tried Browns inLockport for a family dinner for 12. We were very pleasantly surprised. Everything was great and much better than other local chicken restaurants.
Terrible service. I waited a half hour for uncooked chicken and uncooked fries.
