What User doesn't like about Johnny Moon Café:
It's my second time coming here but for some reason I can't remember how their food was the first time. But coming here again, the first thing I noticed was the smell of the place. It smells old...for those who are from Laoag and are my age, it smells like the old Odeon Cinema. I really enjoy the dragon fruit shake and halo-halo. However, I was a bit disappointed with the dinuguan and igado. The rest of the food is fine. You definitely need to try the tupig with chocolate dip!
The food is fantastic—definitely a must-try when visiting the Ilocos region!
I left the restaurant feeling disappointed and still hungry. I had to wait nearly an hour for my order.
