If you're craving carbonara and bagnet pizza, this is the best place to eat. The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of Laoag City.
We keep returning for their carbonara pizza, which is simply amazing. However, it's disappointing to see that after all these years, their main location feels neglected and has deteriorated into more of a shack than a cozy dining spot.
