We arrived at 12:15 PM, and it's now 1:10 PM with our food still not prepared or cooked. They should have informed us about the estimated time for our food to be ready. After almost an hour, our order is still just being prepared. If it's only starting to be made after this long, how much longer will we have to wait? View all feedback.
