The service at Loaog Airport left little impression... The lady refused to give us an extra empty cup... We were quite astounded. Maybe the lady thought that we were flying out, which was not the case. As I walked away I turned around and the lady was laughing at us, then when she saw me watching she went into shock mode. Customer Service is a priority, besides the food being soggy, the service left much to he desire... View all feedback.
