Really depends on who's cooking. Ate there a few times with varying results. Definitly one of the better places in the area. But its russian roulette with the dishes View all feedback. What User likes about Tavan View:
Lovely little restaurant with magnificent views of the valley. Happy Hour is from 2-8. 2 for 1 on the local beer that is pretty. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Eating is decently expensive, but pretty crazy tasty. One of the better Pho I've tried so far in Vietnam. There is also a pool table. View all feedback.
