**Wendy's: A Fast Food Experience Gone Awry** Recent visits to Wendy's reveal a troubling trend of inefficiency and poor food quality. Patrons are facing painfully slow drive-thru lines, with wait times exceeding 20 minutes, only to receive incomplete or incorrect orders. Complaints abound of stale buns and missing ingredients, such as pecans in a salad. Service inconsistencies are apparent, with some staff appearing overwhelmed and unable to handle basic operations. The restaurant’s inconsistency is magnified by sporadic closures and a lack of reliable staffing. Overall, these experiences suggest a pressing need for management overhaul to restore the brand’s formerly cherished reputation.

Was User at Wendy's a mag?
It's a shame that Wendy has to leave! They attempted to charge me extra and couldn't clarify why the cost was $7.30 for a license that I previously paid $5.99 for. It felt like they were really dropping the ball. View all feedback.

What User dislikes about Wendy's:
When I finally ordered—a Biggie Bag, a cheeseburger, and a Frosty—it took about 30 minutes to get our food. When we got home, just a couple of blocks away, I found my cheeseburger bun was hard as a rock. It was so tough that I had to remove the bottom half and just ate the top half. I don’t know how that even happens. I used to love Wendy’s, but every visit lately seems to be a disaster. The only positive part was t... View all feedback.

Went to this Wendy's today for the first and last time. I got a taco salad and it was just nasty lettuce (old and brown) and tomatoes, none of the rest (chili, cheese, chips, salsa, sour cream). My friend ordered the spicy chicken combo and got some kind of chicken with bacon and pickles, had to ask twice for his fries. We weren't going to drive back from work and just hit up the Burger King next door.

1 star is generous. This is one of the worst examples of a multi million dollar corporate restaurant you could possibly encounter. Closes at 3pm or sometimes just randomly because they can't employee anyone reliable, and if you do happen to see them open, the food you will get(if available) will have been sitting for 30+ minutes. Shut this place down and sell the building to someone who knows what they're doing.

A fine example of how corporate America will do anything to not have to pay it's employees a living wage. Barely staffed, long wait times in drive through and now closes at 3pm.

Somehow this place is open ~6 hours a day. Not sure if this is a staffing issue or something else entirely. Whatever it is, the business needs to get it together.Would have given it one star but my kids love the scary looking Wendy sign on the building's east side.
