I gave it 3 stars for mobile collection because the only option available was the drive-thru, as the lobby is still closed. They do have designated parking spots for mobile pickups, but they aren't utilized, which resulted in a long wait for my order. The drive-thru was busy, and I could have easily waited until I arrived at the restaurant.

They have my order number, as I paid through the app. Please issue a refund. I won't be returning to this place. It was disgusting.

While I was waiting, several people on the street approached the cars in line, which was quite distracting. One individual even came back twice, and it became loud and a bit annoying. Overall, while the service was good, the extended wait and interruptions outside detracted from the experience.
