Fantastic addition to downtown! Lansing definitely needed a legit coffee shop and troost it is! The drinks are delicious and every barista is understandable by the menu. It is so incredibly beautiful to go to a place full of character, charm and real people. Additional bonus: the owner, Renae, is amazing round applause for women who happen things in small businesses (with a little help of coffee, of course). I don't joke if I say that everything I've tried here is good, especially because their drinks are not completely masked in sugar, you can taste the coffee every real coffee drinker wants! Shop local and you will not be disappointed.
The food is delicious, and the coffee is even better. The atmosphere is cozy, making it the perfect café for everything you desire. Highly recommended!

Definitely a new favorite go-to coffee spot. The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating in choosing the perfect drink. The cold brew offered at Troost is the best I ever had. Get a great coffee!
