Red Barn Campground Restaurant

Our stay in the cozy cabin room was comfortable for a good night's sleep.

I recently dined at this restaurant to mark the end of camping season 2022. The staff has clearly put in a lot of effort over the winter, as the bar now looks beautiful. Most importantly, the food was delicious. I highly recommend stopping by to try it out for yourself!

The food was okay, but the service was honestly disappointing. It took an hour and 15 minutes to receive our order. The waitress dropped off our food quickly and disappeared, making it difficult to ask for condiments. We had to wait for her to bring the bill and then wait again to pay. I personally won't be returning.

The food at this restaurant is amazing and the decor is lovely. The campground is great, however, there are issues with internet reservations. There is a fee for reserving a spot and another fee for renting it. They do not offer assistance over the phone. The restrooms are very clean and there is also a laundromat available.

I stayed at this restaurant on the 4th of July. It seems to mostly attract seasonal campers and locals. The staff was attentive and accommodating to visitors. It's a wonderful place to stay if you want to explore the Mississippi River and beautiful scenic drives.
