Outback Steakhouse Lansing

We were excited to visit the Okemos restaurant, only to find it closed. After some online research, we discovered a Western Lansing restaurant and braved rush hour traffic to get there. The food was excellent! Our server, Andrew, was the best and the manager, Stephanie, even came to welcome us at our table. The Caesar Salad was the best I've ever had, and the Rosemary Chicken with a side of broccoli was highly recommended. Definitely check this place out - you won't be disappointed!

The service was absolutely incredible. The manager, Bobbi, was delightful and Ethan was a fantastic server. It's rare to find good male servers, but Ethan excelled. The food was great, although the grilled chicken was a bit too seasoned for my taste. However, everything else was exceptional. We were treated like friends rather than strangers, and I appreciated the attention from all the servers. We will definitely be returning to this restaurant. Thank you to Joe for inviting us and giving us a true Outback Steakhouse experience.

My husband and I celebrated our 17th anniversary at Outback. The food was fantastic, but this review is focused on our waitress. Five stars are simply not enough to rate the exceptional service we received from Megan. She was incredibly polite and attentive, taking the time to listen and answer all of my husband's questions. Megan has a beautiful personality and is truly an asset to the company. If I could, I would give her 10 stars.

We came to a birthday dinner and overall the experience was good. The waitress was friendly and very helpful. The food was great and the order was just as we all wanted it to be. The only small knock against my rating is the amount of food for the duck compared to the price you pay. I feel like the portions are getting smaller, as the price is increasing. We would definitely eat more often here than just a special opportunity if it wasn't for this factor. Overall, it is still a nice place to eat.

Absolutely amazing service. the manager bobbi was such a pleasure. ethan is an amazing server. they do not find many good male servers. eating was great, except a little to hard with the spice on the grilled chicken, so I had only two bites of it, but everything else was amazing. we were actually treated like friends and not just eating a stranger there. love the attention I've seen, all the servers give their customers. we will definitely come back to this place. Many thanks to joe that they have invited us to show us how to be a real outback steakhouse experience.
