I got a chance to introduce my husband to the place and he enjoyed the atmosphere and the service. Ourbartender/server was Kyra and she did an amazing job making us feel welcome and right at home. We waited over an hour and a half for our food because apparently the manager ran out of bread and needed to go to the store. Instead of relayingthis to us up front, they just dragged us along pretending they didn?t know how long it would take, totally lying and misleadingus. Finally we asked if we could just pay for our drinks and leave and they charged us for the food we didn?t even get. When Iasked to speak with the manager, they sent out a bartender who conveniently now had our food. We explained we waited over anhour and a half for food and we didn?t even want it because we were leaving and they argued with us about how long we waited. Ieven explained to them I have a text to my friend that says ?I?m here? that was sent at a specific time and they really raisedtheir voices at us and argued with us that because our food eventually came out, we had to pay for it whether we wanted it ornot. So we paid and left but I cannot express how absolutely disgusted I am with the management there. 0/10. I don?t recommendthis place at all and based on the other comments regarding their service, this doesn?t seem like a one off.
