The bun for the sandwich was stale, and the chicken was dry. This was not the quality I've experienced at other KFC locations.

Previous trips the strips looked like they were cut in half and not cooked all the way. The young man working the window was great. He easy to hear, repeated the order to ensure it was right and he was very polite. That's hard to find, so thank you!
