My biggest complaint and it's about jets usually not only this place is that they changed the jets boat, so they were much smaller than previous prices but remained the same.

After ordering online for five years, I was given an estimated delivery time o... read more Absolutely terrible experience. The delivery times are nowhere close to accurate. After ordering online for five years, I was given an estimated delivery time of one hour at 6:30 PM. Five minutes later, I received a notification that the driver was on the way. However, half an hour later, the driver called to say he would be stopping for 20 minutes. He finally arrived around 7:10 PM, and our food was barely lukewarm. On another occasion, I waited so long that I called to check, only to be told they had no driver available. They claimed to have tried to call me, but I had zero missed calls on my phone. In today’s world, they should be able to update their delivery status on their website. Other restaurants manage to do this. If you plan to order from here, skip the delivery option and don’t even bother calling. This is the worst place I’ve ever ordered from.

So, instead of getting a large pizza, it felt like we received a small one with an excessive crust.

I used to work at a Jet 's Pizza in my hometown so I know that there are absolutely zero excuses for the way I was treated. I ordered a pizza online and waited for about 2 hours until I decided to call and check on the status of my delivery. They told me that their driver was having some issues but that he 'd be headed my way within the hour. Although I was frustrated, I thanked them for letting me know and continued to wait. After about another hour and a half, I called back and asked for another status update. They told me that I cancelled my order. When I said no, you said that the driver was having issues and would be here soon. I don 't know how much of that sentence I was able to get out before they told me to never call back and hung up on me. What an absolute joke of an establishment. I gave 3 years of my life working at a Jet 's and I can comfortably say that nobody, even the worst customers, ever got treated that way.
