We ordered our favorite sauce, but this time the crust on our large round pizza was 2-3 inches wide, and the toppings were sparse in the center. So, instead of getting a large pizza, it felt like we received a small one with an excessive crust.
Would not answer the phone, and when I showed up in person I was refused service because they had shut the ovens off 30 minutes before close. Was told that he wasn’t making anything else because he had a lot of dishes to do, and “he wasn’t going to be there till one in the morning”.
I 've never experienced such terrible service at any pizza place before. I used to work at a Jet 's Pizza in my hometown so I know that there are absolutely zero excuses for the way I was treated. I ordered a pizza online and waited for about 2 hours until I decided to call and check on the status of my delivery. They told me that their driver was having some issues but that he 'd be headed my way within the hour. Although I was frustrated, I thanked them for letting me know and continued to wait. After about another hour and a half, I called back and asked for another status update. They told me that I cancelled my order. When I said no, you said that the driver was having issues and would be here soon. I don 't know how much of that sentence I was able to get out before they told me to never call back and hung up on me. What an absolute joke of an establishment. I gave 3 years of my life working at a Jet 's and I can comfortably say that nobody, even the worst customers, ever got treated that way.
Jets wants to charge $4 for a delivery fee. What’s the purpose of having a driver that we have to tip as well. Never be ordering again from jets Lansing.
I want to give a HUGE thank you to Andrea (I hope I spelled your name right! . My son turned 11 today and on a whim I asked in the prompt for them to write something down on the box because he wanted a Hawaiian pizza for his birthday dinner. She went above and beyond and made it extra special; when he walked in the door to get his pizza everyone there wished him a happy birthday, she decorated his box with his name and a special birthday message, and really did more than I expected and made his night. It's the little things that count, and you guys made a core memory that he told people about the entire night. Thank you so much for putting in that extra to make him feel special.
